Returns

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

  • For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
